We are building Wilma Property Solutions as a practical property hub. The aim is not to dress bad deals up in shiny words. The aim is to find genuine opportunities, understand the risk, protect the downside and move only when the numbers make sense.

That may mean sourcing a buy-to-let or BRRR opportunity, helping a landlord consider an exit, structuring a company-let conversation, or assessing whether a property could work for serviced accommodation, HMO, contractor stays, council-backed housing supply, back-to-back leasing or long-term rental.
